Terms and Conditions are as followed:

Consultation or Order Online

  • Customers can request a one-on-one consult with LeQuita or fill out the Order Form through Jotform on the website. 
  • If customers is given a consult, they must send needed content and payment through the Order Form link sent by Email. 
  • Once the Order Form is submitted, the design shall begin. 


  • Only business cards, invitations, programs, and flyers are the focus of this business. Any requests will be considered, but prices will be calculated and given to customer accordingly. Requests can be denied.
  • Images used are from free stock websites, bought, or created by designer.
  • Logos and motto are given by customer unless otherwise requested to create one.
  • Designs are done through Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Designs and products are copyright by LeQuita’s Designify and must not be resold or illegally distributed or falsely credited.


  • Orders are completed in the order it has been submitted.
  • The preferred timeline for design creation and sample exchanges and revisions will be 1 to 3 weeks (21 days). 
  • Time may extend pass 3 weeks. 
  • Shipping and Handling will be completed after the final sample and mailing address has been confirmed. 
  • Shipping and handling time frame: 2-5 days for USA and 6-14 days for International.
  • Time and days begin after the Order Form and Down Payment has been submitted.
  • Customers are responsible for the time they decide to submit their order to the deadline needed for the product.

Sample Exchanges and Revisions

  • All samples will be sent by email provided in a PDF Document. Samples by text message or Skype can be requested.
  • Customer may have unlimited samples until they are satisfied.
  • Changes in information, design and customization, and sizes are allowed.
  • Changes in quantity and/or product may be done, but nothing will be printed until final confirmation. 

 Cancellations, Refunds, and Holds

  • The customer may cancel the designing of the product at any time after the Order Form and Payment has been submitted, however there will be no full refund payment after one week. 
  • If the customer is not satisfied with any of the sample exchanges and revisions, customer may cancel.
  • No full refunds after one week of Order Form and Payment submission.
  • Designer or customer may place order on Hold upon request of the customer.
  • Designer may place order on Hold due to personal reasons. Customer will be informed. If the problem cannot be resolved or the order continued, customer will receive full refund of Payment and a 50% discount upon their return.
  • Any products lost or damaged after the product has been mailed will not receive a Payment refund.
  • No returns for products already mailed.

Ink and Print

  • Customer has a choice between standard black and white or color for their design.
  • Designer will handle printing, unless otherwise notified. Prices will stay the same.

Shipping and Handling

  • Final product will be mailed to the mailing address provided.
  • Any products lost or damaged after the product has been mailed will not give a refund.
  • Long-distant addresses may take longer than one week.
  • Shipping and handling time frame: 2-5 days for USA and 6-14 days for International.


  • Communication between customer and designer is welcomed.
  • Customer has a choice to communicate through phone calls, text messages, or emails or all.
  • Responses within 24 hours.
  • Additional information or changes to designs are encouraged. Customers must be satisfied before product is mailed.

Rejected Designs

  • Anything that promotes violence, sexual misconduct, bigotry, slander, or criminal intent will be rejected and possibly reported if necessary.


  • Customers may choose: product, quantity, color, black and white, and paper weight and card stock.


  • All prices are subject to change. 
  • If price changes after Order Form and payment submission, the price for the order will stay the same.
  • $0.20 per sheet and card for all Specialty Services. Breakdown ($0.10 for all back-sides and pages).
  • $0.10 per sheet and card for all Side Services. Breakdown ($0.05 for all back-sides and pages)
  • $50 is mandatory for all custom designs and time spent designing and exchanging samples.
