THE goal &
Objective
The main goal was to document the live event in a professional and engaging way.
The objective was to create versatile video content that can be used across platforms, ensuring both horizontal (for presentations and full viewing) and vertical (for social media reels) formats effectively represent the event.
THE STORY
The video captures the journey of the event, from the exhibition setup to the interactions between students, visitors, and presentations. It highlights key moments such as project showcases, audience engagement, and the overall environment of the expo.
The combination of vertical and horizontal storytelling allows the content to present both detailed coverage and quick, engaging highlights, reflecting the full experience of the event.
OUR APPROACH
The project was approached through a collaborative team workflow, where filming responsibilities were shared to ensure full coverage of the event. A variety of shots were captured, including wide angles for the environment and close ups for details and interactions.
Special attention was given to shooting in both horizontal and vertical formats, ensuring content adaptability for different platforms. During editing, focus was placed on pacing, smooth transitions, and structuring the content to suit both formats while maintaining consistency in style and storytelling.

The final videos successfully document the event while providing flexible content for multiple platforms. The project demonstrates strong teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to produce professional live event coverage.
