RAYAAT GRADUATION BRAND & INSTAGRAM REEL

As part of my internship at Al Mabarrah Al Khalifia Foundation, I created a unified branding and media package for the Rayaat Graduation 2025. This included a short Instagram reel capturing highlights of the event, along with designing printed and digital materials, such as student CV profiles, presentation slides, event tent name cards, and decorative stickers.

THE goal &
objective

The main goal was to document the program in a visually engaging way that reflects its energy, creativity, and impact on children.

The objective was to produce content suitable for social media while capturing authentic moments that represent the identity of the program.

THE STORY

The story unfolds through the event’s preparation and celebration. The reel showcases the excitement and emotion of the graduation, while the designed elements, like the CV profiles, tent names, and event slides tell the story of each student’s journey. The “Wish” cards and Rayaat branded stickers added a personalized, heartfelt touch to the event.

OUR APPROACH

I started by capturing video footage during the ceremony to create the Instagram reel, focusing on key moments and emotional highlights. In parallel, I designed all event materials, that ensuring the color scheme and patterns provided by Rayaat were consistently applied. I received approvals along the way from Rayaat’s team, ensuring everything aligned with their vision. This process resulted in a seamless and professional event presentation, both online and in person.

The outcome

The project not only enhanced the graduation event but also gave me hands on experience in event branding, content creation, and client collaboration. It strengthened my ability to deliver a polished, cohesive result while building confidence in real world event projects.
