RAYAAT GRADUATION BRAND & INSTAGRAM REEL
This project involved both videography and design for the Rayaat Graduation Ceremony 2025, combining visual content creation with event branding materials. The work included producing an Instagram reel to showcase the event, along with designing a range of printed and digital materials such as student portfolio CV profiles, name tents, presentation slides, Rayaat stickers, and wish list tree cards. The project focused on creating a cohesive visual identity that enhances both the event experience and its presentation.

Rayaat Graduation 2025
The main goal was to deliver a complete visual experience for the graduation event by combining media coverage with well structured design materials. The objective was to ensure consistency across all elements, improve the presentation of student work, and create engaging content suitable for both the physical event and digital platforms like Instagram.
THE STORY
The project tells the story of the graduation through both visuals and design elements. The Instagram reel captures the energy, key moments, and atmosphere of the ceremony, while the designed materials support the event by organizing information and enhancing the visual experience. Together, these elements reflect the journey and achievements of the students, creating a unified and meaningful representation of the event.
OUR APPROACH
The project was approached as a combined media and design workflow. During the event, key moments were captured for the Instagram reel, focusing on interactions, highlights, and overall atmosphere. In parallel, design work was developed to support the event, including structured layouts for CV profiles, presentation slides, and printed materials. Special attention was given to maintaining visual consistency across all outputs, ensuring a clean, professional, and cohesive final result.
